About the event
We’re delighted to share that our Big Drum Circle is returning—one of the most anticipated highlights of the Drum 4UR Life calendar. As part of this year’s Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival (SMHAF), this vibrant and joyful gathering brings communities together through rhythm, connection, and shared experience.
Each year, we’re proud to collaborate with a mix of local, national, and international drum circle facilitators to create a truly one‑of‑a‑kind event. This year’s circle is delivered in partnership with the UK Playshop Team, featuring internationally renowned Dr Jane Bentley and Ray Watters, alongside Arthur Hull (founder of Village Music Circles) and Jim Boneau.
Donations will be gratefully received at the door to support future community drumming events.
